STORE POLICIES
We offer a 3 days guarantee on our classic manicures and a 7 days guarantee on our Color Gel Manicures. Should your manicure chip within this time frame, we will fix them free of charge.
Although we highly recommend appointments, we do accept walk in clients depending upon our availability. Appointments are made to provide convenience to your busy schedule.
Please note we allow a 10 min grace period for all appointments. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact the front desk to reschedule, otherwise your appointment will be subject to a cancellation.
Party of 5 or more – Your entire party must checked in 10 minutes prior to the appointment time otherwise your appointments will not be guaranteed. In addition, a 30% security deposit is required. Any changes to time or services has to be notified 24 hours prior to your appointment time otherwise your deposit will be forfeited.
